Our range of Antipasto is mainly sourced as fresh produce from Local markets and Farmers, which enables us to provide the freshest and best quality products without preservatives. Made to order.
The Elegre range of Antipasto is marinated in Garlic, Herbs and Mixed Spices. These products are Haccp approved and produced in Sydney.
Basil Pesto
Elegre Basil Pesto is Kosher and Halal approved. It is a Chunky Style Pesto with Soy Beans and Soy Flour, thus making it suitable for Vegans. It is great with pasta, sandwiches and grilled vegetables.
Mixed Filled Olives
Our range of olives include many of your 'day to day' olives. The difference is our Filled Olives are Super Super Mammoth Olives with a meaty skin, unlike the ones you will see in the marketplace. They are individually hand-filled. We can also manufacture fillings as per your choice on request.
Marinated and Chargrilled Vegetables
Our vegetable range includes Zucchini, Eggplant, Kumera, Pumpkin, Artichokes, Capsicum and Mushrooms. They are handpicked by our farmers or purchased fresh from the market floor. We then chargrill them by hand in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. We endeavour to do our best in using Australian produce.
Marinated Octopus
A tray usually contains 16 to 20 Octopus, chargrilled and marinated.
Australian Semi Sun Dried Tomato
Our range of Semi Sun Dried Tomatoes are Australian. We do not use overseas tomatoes.
Pepperbells
Elegre Bell Peppers are sweet little Capsicums containing various fillings.
